Dana Bing, CEO
Dana is a professional counselor with 32+ years of counseling, coaching, and teaching experience in public and private schools and is also a small business co-owner of multiple companies. Her comprehension expertise in interpersonal communication, collaborative problem solving, relationship building, driving results, and inspirational leadership is applied at the appropriate time to deepen trust and establish boundaries with and for customers and colleagues. Her center of interest and activity is on reviewing business initiatives, execution, results and providing counseling, guidance, direction for alternative best practices.
As CEO of J4W Dana ensures the business operates at a profit, meets its goals, raises the level of expectations for long-term continued growth with a big picture perspective, and builds and maintains trusting relationships with key partners and stakeholders. Dana has a Master’s degree of Science on Counseling Psychology from Radford University and Bachelor’s degree of Science on Elementary Education and Teaching from University of Arkansas.
David Bing, COO
David is a senior executive with 40+ years of leadership experience in the retail and supplier industries on both sides of the negotiation table with Walmart, Inc. His broad-based expertise in operations, merchandising, finance, supply chain, strategic planning, process improvement, employee engagement, organizational design, and change management is exercised effectively to maximize top and bottom-line revenue and shareholder value. His center of interest and activity is on integrity in performance and end results while mentoring future leaders professionally and personally to achieve significance of well-being in work-life balance.
As COO of J4W David sets comprehensive goals for business growth and success through creating the possibilities with an aligned vision of strategies and tactics to implement, administer and execute business operational plans and procedures.
Sherry Thomas, CFO
Sherry is active in the specific real estate logistics when working with prospective clients for J4W. Her mission is to work with our clients during the planning and move-in process to make sure that all design and permitting at each client location fits the guidelines of Walmart and the specific city in which our clients are entering.
Sherry’s work history started in Bentonville, AR where she worked for a family owned business called Food 4 Less, one of the nation’s first warehouse grocery stores, and she was family! As a teenager and young adult, Sherry worked both in the stores and in the home office. Food 4 Less’ key business model was to locate beside Walmart’s merchandising stores, that Sam Walton, Walmart founder, orchestrated. Since then, she’s worked in commercial real estate in some form every decade since the 80’s, including marketing, property management, sales, and ownership.
Roger Thomas, CBO
Roger is active in researching and pursuing prospective clients for J4W. When conversations happen, and both parties feel a deeper dive conference call is necessary to consider the business opportunity, Roger makes arrangements with both sides and starts putting together preliminary information and proposals.
Roger’s work history in the infrastructure technology ownership space led to a 27 year run with a company in which he cofounded, TeleComp. Here he was part of the C-leadership team that led TeleComp to winning the 32nd Annual Arkansas Business of the Year, Category II, 31 - 55 Employees, in March of 2020. Roger now participates with his wife Sherry in companies in which they work with multiple teams nationally with their various businesses.
